Hands Up Productions Ltd is an Independent Puppetry, Arts, Education and Children's digital content production company based in the City of Nottingham. It is headed by Children's BAFTA nominee (script editing) Marcus Clarke and Children's Television and Animation Scriptwriter Helena Smee and is a registered BBC supplier.
